Introducing the face behind Martinis and Margs Mixology:

Margi Georgopulos Rice

Margi has been bartending for over 15 years and practicing mixology for 5 years. Through her unwavering passion, maximal talents and unique ability to customize cocktail menus according to themes, she has achieved momentous success at three different restaurants to date driving profits and maximizing overall guest experience. She continues to innovate and looks forward to the opportunity to share her wealth of knowledge across other avenues in the hopes of raising the bar for mixology in the Lowcountry.

Martinis & Margs Cocktail Catering

  • A time of your choosing from 2-4 hours. Overall services including bartender fees are available for services over 4 hours, but will increase.

  • Choose up to three cocktails from the Martinis and Margs Mixology original cocktail catering menus for a set price of $15 per person per cocktail menu item for groups ranging from a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 150 guests. All cocktails will be pre-batched and ready for service at your event.

    Additionally, up to three classic cocktails can be chosen for service for $8 per menu item per person. One bartender assigned per 50 guests. Gratuity strongly encouraged.

    Fixed pricing includes all labor costs. Sales and hospitality taxes added to final pricing.

Wild Rice Food Catering

  • A time of your choosing from 2-4 hours. Rates will increase for services over 4 hours.

  • Choose a minimum of 3 items and maximum of up to 6 items from the Wild Rice Catering menu. All large plates, salads, skewers and desserts are $15/person. All sides are $12/person. Minimum 20 guests and maximum of 50 guests.

    Fixed pricing includes all labor costs. Sales and hospitality taxes added to final pricing.

In-Home Mixology

  • Event will take place at your home for a maximum of three hours.

  • Choose three cocktails from the Martinis and Margs Mixology menus. Margi will take you on a step-by-step demonstration of each cocktail offering an evening of storytelling and shared knowledge. Cost per person is $75 for cocktails only. Gratuity strongly encouraged.

    Opt for additional services from Wild Rice Catering. Prices will vary depending on selections. Refer to the Wild Rice Catering menu for options and pricing.
